Today I wore a jumper for work that I've had for a year or so, which has always been a comfy fit. When I put it on this morning it seemed to have grown. It was still its comfy fit across my chest, but a lot more roomy around the stomach area. It was so nice having a way of telling that my tummy was actually getting smaller and I wasn't just imagining that it looked like it was. NSVs are definitely ways to make you happy.
